Hi guys, just wanted to share a pbs special with y'all. You may have heard of it already, ART:21 Art in the Twenty-First Century. I personally love art history and found this very interesting. The show takes different concepts in art to talk about in each episode. A handful of successful artist who's work pertains to the subject are interviewed about how and why they do what they do. It is very cool way to discover some new art. I've been watching it on Hulu for free! Hope you take the time to check it out and enjoy it!

Hi everybody! We've got a busy week ahead and many more to come. Today we are presenting our blogs and Thursday is our second crit in sculpture!! Design 2 has been keeping me busy as well, we have little crits every class to keep us on our toes. We are getting ready to present our work for a midterm grade in ceramics as well this week. Speaking of ceramics.. we started unloading the wood fire kiln yesterday and everything turned out really nice. No major disasters!! Can't wait for the next wood firing that should be right after the Iron Pour, Exciting!

Well, the semester is flying by and there is much to be done. Yesterday we started loading up the wood kiln out at Rigsby's house. It's pretty exciting! Ill be doing an evening shift tomorrow night from five to midnight! Should be fun. This fall break has all ready been a busy one for me. Getting ready for our second Sculpture crit. next thurs!! Can't wait to see how these turn out! Well that is all for now, there will be more pictures to follow.. old and new. As soon as i find my camera:)
